By car: Approaching via the A5 motorway from Frankfurt/Basel: - Take exit 44 "Karlsruhe - Durlach" - Continue on the B10 towards "Pforzheim" - 700 metres after the exit for "Pfinztal/Söllingen" you find us on the right-hand side Approaching via the A8 motorway from Stuttgart: - Exit at "Pforzheim West" - Continue on the B10 towards "Karlsruhe" - 500 metres after the exit for "Kleinsteinbach" you find us on the left-hand side By rail: Intercity railway stations can be found in Karlsruhe, Stuttgart and Pforzheim. We offer a transfer service from Kleinsteinbach station on request.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
