Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is not included.  8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years is charged USD 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged USD 23.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
