By Car From the A1 Southbound: - Leave the A1 at junction 17, then at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Southgate Way (signposted Orton Southgate). - Bear right onto Southgate Way. - At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Newcombe Way. Bear left onto Manasty Road. - At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Newcombe Way. - Turn left onto Dunblane Drive - Turn left onto Rosyth Avenue and follow the road to the very bottom. - At the very bottom, go down a slip-road on the right-hand side. - Southgate is the 1st house on the right. Drive straight onto the driveway. From the A1 (M) Northbound: - Leave the A1(M) at junction 17, then take the left-hand lane (signposted A605 N'hampton, Oundle). - At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Southgate Way (signposted Orton Southgate). - Bear right onto Southgate Way. - At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Newcombe Way Bear left onto Manasty Road. - Follow as above. From the A14: - Take the A605 and bypass Oundle and Elton. - Join the A1 northbound at junction 17 A1 (M) at the signpost stating ‘A1 North bound – Stamford’. By Public Transport Peterborough coach and train stations are 5 miles (8 km) away. The B&B can arrange pick-up and drop-off from/to the station for an additional cost (on request via email or telephone). By Air Luton, Stansted and East Midlands airports are approximately 60 miles away (96.5 km).
