Travel information

By Bus: You can take a bus from Bangkok to Pattaya. Buses with or without air-condition are available from 06:30 to 21:00 at Bangkok’s Eastern Bus Terminal (on Sukumvit Road Soi 63) and Northern Bus Terminal. The buses depart every 30 minutes and takes about 2 hours to reach Pattaya. When you reach Pattaya, hire a minibus, which will take you to the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged THB 300.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
