Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs THB 750.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged THB 1930.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
