Rooms

All rates include bed linen and towels. A daily cleaning service is not provided (all apartments should be left clean and tidy at check-out).

Hotel details

A damage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment is payable locally at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. All check-out on Sundays takes place before 08:00 (12:00 on all other days). A minimum stay policy of 3 days applies after 29 March. The Hotel doesn’t accept American Express like a payment method.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
