Hotel details

A breakage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment is payable locally at check-in. This deposit will be returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked. During the ski season, the property operates a minimum stay policy of 6-7 nights (arrive Sunday and leave Saturday or Sunday). After the 15 March, the minimum stay policy is 3 nights. The Hotel doesn’t accept American Express like a payment method.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.80 per person.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
