Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.30 per person.  Half board costs EUR 18.30 per person.  Full board costs EUR 28.80 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
