Run since 2005 by a family with Swedish and Estonian roots, very much appreciated, the hotel combines the elegant architecture of a pre-war holiday villa with modern and stylish design. This friendly Swedish-Estonian villa hotel enjoys a quiet location very close to the beach and the new beach promenade, valued throughout, yet is only a 15-minute walk away from the centre of Pärnu. The entire villa has recently been completely renovated, highly regarded, including all the rooms and suites. With a superb seafront setting bordering an oak alley, and above all, the villa creates a hospitable atmosphere for both leisure and business. Visitors appreciate the hotel features a cosy dining room with an open log fire, very much appreciated, a secluded garden, and a rooftop terrace with sea view.
