Rooms

The hotel rooms have a superb view of the 150-year-old oak avenue and the beautiful park named after the Estonian poetess Lydia Koidula. On the other side, there is the view of the historical firewalls that divide the plots in the centre of the town. The interior design of the hotel is based on the traditional methods and fashion of the beginning of the 20th century. The colours harmonise with the shades of the park in summer. Each hotel room is different, having its story and emotion that results from a romantic skylight or the view of the historical firewalls.

Hotel details

Koidulapark Hotel is situated in the former fortification area of the historical centre of Pärnu. At the beginning of 2002, the building was fully renovated and an extension was erected in the courtyard. Meetings: The meeting room of the Koidulapark Hotel can seat up to 25 people. Conference equipment as well as wireless LAN internet access are at the disposal of customers. The doors of the meeting room open to the hotel terrace, which is a pleasant place for breaks.

Food & Beverages

There is a lobby bar in the foyer, providing a pleasant atmosphere for a coffee and a chat.

The reception provides comprehensive information about events as well as catering establishments and other services available in Pärnu. You can book a table at a restaurant, an appointment in a beauty parlour, etc. at the reception. In addition, it is possible to post or fax letters, buy groceries or use a safe deposit box at the reception. Please be aware that all rooms are non-smoking and that there will be a fine in case of smoking inside the rooms or the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
