Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 50.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10.45 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All further children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
