Rooms

The elegant standard and deluxe rooms can accommodate up to 2 people. The spacious suites are ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The bedroom has either twin beds or a double bed and a sofa that converts into a double bed. The bedroom and living room can be separated by a mirrored sliding door. Besides these rooms there are also large duplexes (80m²) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with convertible sofa. All of the residence's rooms and suites are fitted with Italian-marbled bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 31.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
