In addition to the listed amenities, all the apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen (crockery, ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric coffee maker), a bathroom with a towel warmer as well as a flat screen TV with international channels. A direct phone, a safety deposit box and a broadband Internet access are available at an additional cost.

Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Beds made up for arrival. • Bathroom linen in the apartment. • Cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up) and change of the bedlinen and of the household linen every 7th day. • End-of-stay cleaning. • Dishcloth. • Television (with international channels). In addition to all these services, a daily cleaning is included in the room rate for short stays (less than 4 nights). Fees apply for an à la carte cleaning.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 75 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 2 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.50 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
