For stays of less than 7 days, the accommodation will be cleaned every day. For stays of more than 7 days, the accommodation will be cleaned once a week.

Food & Beverages

A buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 07:00 until 10:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 until 11:00 at weekends. Room service is available daily from 18:00 until 02:30.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 16.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
