Offering a warm and functional environment to relax, work or socialise, the studios are equipped, with a sofa bed (made before your arrival), a double bed or twin beds, and a living room with a desk corner.

Hotel details

Internet wire to be rented subject to a deposit. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel in order to obtain the access code. Please note that the rooms are cleaned once a week. Opening Hours: Monday to Friday: 9AM - 12PM and 14PM - 19PM Saturday: 9AM - 12:30PM Reception closed Saturday afternoon, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Please note that no breakfast will be served on Sunday morning and on Bank Holidays.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
