The imposing staircase, with its London-style red brick, leads guests to the 41 rooms and suites, each with its own contemporary styling. Padded headboards sport colours including white, chocolate and copper. The decoration is elegant and innovative include with architect's desks, fluorescent glass tables, fringed curtains concealing cupboards, walls elegantly hung with fashion sketches, and Issey Miyake-inspired drapes. The bathrooms are lined with Cordoue leather, English wallpapers and tiles in dark tones or, in contrast, light pink, fuchsia, yellow or white. The warmth of oak footstool, cool, fresh linen and elegant colours make Hotel 123 a home-from-home experience.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
