The waterside houses are furnished and decorated in modern style, blending subdued tones with splashes of vibrant colors. All houses have splendid views of the yachting harbor or the sea which contribute to the overall highly-refreshing atmosphere of the resort. Each house is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable and truly enjoyable vacation. The formula includes: - bed linen and towels, - bathroom toiletries set, - housecleaning products and end-of-stay housecleaning (not including dish washing and kitchen cleaning) - convenience pack.

Hotel details

The room rate includes bed linen, towels, bathroom toiletries set, housecleaning products and end-of-stay housecleaning. It does not include dish washing and kitchen cleaning. The residence boasts leisure and sport equipments for the whole family; the outside swimming pool features a children’s pool and has a total area of 200m², the large beach is set with beach umbrellas and deck chairs, and there is also a sports field, children's playground and on site grocery.

For short stays, check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Security deposit: There is EUR 350 safety deposit per house or apartment.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
