Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 10 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years is charged EUR 5 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 5 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
