The reception is open from - 07:00 to 20:00 - Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to20:00 - Saturdays - 08:00 to 12:00 - Sundays and bank holidays. In August and from 19 December until 06 January, the reception is open from 08:00 until 19:00 from Monday to Saturday and from 08:00 until 12:00 on Sundays and bank holidays. Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
