Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 10.00 per child under 12 years.  Half board costs EUR 20.00 per person.  All inclusive costs EUR 22.75 per child under 12 years.  All inclusive costs EUR 45.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
