Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.50 per person.  Half board costs EUR 16.75 per person.  Full board costs EUR 25.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 2.75 per child under 12 years.  Half board costs EUR 8.40 per child under 12 years.  Full board costs EUR 12.50 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
