Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % Tax is not included.  15.5 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 45.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
