Rooms

The hotel consists of 12 authentic villas for accommodations, each of which gets its name from the old names of the original Curonian lands. 1 more villa is for administration and 1 is used for sauna and bar. There are 3 types of villas for accommodations: Type I (4 villas - 24 rooms): A spacious living room with fireplace and a kitchen are on the ground floor. This type of villa is very comfortable for a family vacation with children, celebrating family holidays, or spending time with colleagues and friends. Type II (6 villas - 42 rooms). Type III: VIP villas for the most demanding guests (2 villas - 6 apartments): 2-bedroom apartments with separate entrances: the first floor has a sitting room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a toilet; the second floor contains 2 separate bedrooms, a toilet and a shower. Rooms on the first floor have a balcony, while rooms on the ground floor have a terrace. Every room has a shower room with heated floor and an entrance door that opens with an electromagnetic key.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
