There is a well-stocked bar and sea-view guest lounge with spectacular views across Paignton Green over Torbay to Torquay, and above all, Brixham and the bay. Visitors appreciate the hotel is family run and your hosts, very much appreciated, Sue, Stuart and Katrina, pride themselves on offering a warm, friendly welcome, tasty breakfasts and clean, comfortable accommodation. A full English breakfast is available every day and breakfasts are freshly cooked to order.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
