All rooms have a colour TV, beverage tray and central heating. Most are en suite or have separate private facilities.

Hotel details

A free fax service is available, and the house can photocopy items for you, but there is an additional charge for this.

Food & Beverages

3 and 4-course evening meals are available at an additional cost. Sandwiches are also available.

Please note if you are staying for just one night there will be an extra supplement charge of £5.00 per night per person.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 5.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
