Travel information

Arriving by car: - Take the ‘Schloss Neuhaus’ exit from the A33 motorway - From the Münsterstraße turn left into the Residenzstraße - Turn right into the Hatzfelder Straße where you will find the hotel – approximately 1.5 km from the motorway exit Arriving at the airport: Paderborn-Lippstadt airport is around 20 km from Paderborn main station, and there is a transfer bus between the airport and the station. Arriving by train: The hotel is 4.5 km and just 16 minutes by bus from Paderborn main train station, and the nearest bus stop is ‘Dubelohstraße’ on the no. 11 busline. Parking: there are 120 free parking spaces at the hotel.

Area information

The surrounding Paderborn area has lots to offer - such as a museum for tractors and model cars, a diocese museum, cut glass manufacturing, Nadermann zoo, Stukenbrock safari park and Neuhaus castle. Heinz Nixdorf Forum is also the world’s largest computer museum. For sportier guests Paderborn golf club is nearby and there are also many possibilities for climbing, canoeing, swimming and waterskiing.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
