The hotel spa is set in a historic building dating from the 18th century. Its waters are known for their relaxing and healing qualities, owing to the unique mineral and chemical composition, and are used in 5 different swimming pools (contrast pools, counter-current circuits, etc.), jacuzzis, contrast showers, and other uses. The centre also includes facilities such as steam baths and saunas, hydromassage pools, and Vichy showers, all combining to create a truly relaxing and cleansing experience.

Area information

Las Caldas is located just 8 km outside the region’s historic capital of Oviedo. The surrounding countryside allows you the opportunity to enjoy activities such as golf (the 18-hole Las Caldas course dates from 2000), hiking, fishing, and more adventurous outdoor pursuits like paragliding. The mountainous Picos de Europa Nation Park and the Bay of Biscay coastline are also a short distance from the hotel.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Half board costs EUR 35.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 56.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
