Approaching on the A3 motorway: - take the Köln-Ost junction and head towards Olpe - take the Overath exit (22) towards the B55 road, and take the Kölner Straße - turn left after 850 metres Approaching on the A3 motorway from the Frankfurt direction: - Take the Lohmar-Nord Rösrath exit and follow the B484 road - Reaching the town of Overath, turn right on the junction between Siegburger Straße and Hauptstraße - Follow the B55 road which leads directly on to the Kölner Straße, and the hotel is 3 km away Approaching on the A4 motorway: Whether coming from the Dresden direction, or from Aachen and the Netherlands, take the Overath (22) exit, take the Kölner Straße and turn left after 850 metres.

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
