Located in the centre of Oetz in the outer Ötz Valley in Tyrol, valued throughout, the the hotel house offers cosy apartments and comfortable rooms. There is a big sunbathing lawn with benches and chairs. The apartments are self-catering. You can use the sauna, very much appreciated, the sun beds and the infrared cabin at an additional charge. Hotel guests enjoy free admission to the pool throughout the summer.

Area information

The village is the classic winter sports destination in the Ötz valley. Compared to the regions in the interior part of the valley, however, it is much more family-oriented. The Hochoetz ski area (2,200 metres) is easily accessible from the village itself by means of the new 8-person Acherkogl lift or the 4-person Ochsengarten gondola. 2 cable cars, 3 chair lifts, 5 t-bar lifts and a "magic carpet" lift for kids provide the perfect infrastructure. There are also numerous rustic huts, in which you can enjoy excellent traditional meals for reasonable prices.

Travel information

The Ötztal-Bhf train station on the Western Railway line is about 5 km away from Oetz. There are regular bus connections to Oetz, 3 times a day also from the bus station in Innsbruck.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.31 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
