We will provide the chairs in accordance with you for all kind of meetings or events. The rooms are either suitable for small instructions, lectures and press conferences or all kinds of ceremony.

Food & Beverages

Culinary pleasure offer our restaurant Otterberg, very cosy arch cellar as well as the conker garden during the warmer season. Let yourself be pampered with Palatine specialities and treats of our Swabian-Bavarian homeland. Besides we recommend the accompanying wine.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 19.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
