There are several dining options located on-site at the Elgin. Guests can enjoy a variety of coffee beverages and pastries at Starbucks or a delicious breakfast buffet along with many lunch and dinner options at the Elgin Café. The hotel's Lobby Bar offers numerous international beers as well as martinis and specialty beverages.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs CAD 12.95 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CAD 9.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 23.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs CAD 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 15.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 4.
