Enjoy contemporary and creative cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the on-site Mystique Cafe Restaurant. For a more elegant experience, dine at Capital Dining Room, featuring an award-winning menu for lunch and dinner. Sparks Lounge, also on-site, offers a variety of light meals, beverages and cocktails.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: Rates are based on single/double occupancy. There will be a scheduled power outage at the hotel on August 30, 2009 at 11:55 PM until August 31, 2009 at 7:00 AM.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CAD 10.65 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs CAD 22.04 per day.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs CAD 30.51 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
