Travel information

In arriving in Zinnowitz, leave the B111 by turning right at the junction with traffic lights. Continue along the main road until you reach the Volksbank. Then turn to your right into Dünenstraße and you will find the hotel at the end of the road.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 9 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 21.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
