If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 35.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
