If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 29.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.50 per person.  Half board costs EUR 24.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 9.00 per stay for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per stay for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
