Our welcoming and cheerfully furnished single and double rooms feature comfortable beds with adjustable bed-heads and foot rests. Our spacious 2-room apartments comprise separate living room and bedroom, but do not include a kitchen. In the bedroom you find a comfortable double bed with adjustable bed-head and foot rest. The living room provides a wonderful, practically unique view of the Baltic Sea, the Sellin pier, the chalk cliffs on the horizon and the harbour town of Sassnitz. An impressive sunrise awaits you here each morning.

Each morning we offer an extensive and lovingly prepared buffet in our bright breakfast restaurant. Fresh products of the island are on offer. Tea and coffee is also served here in the afternoons.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
