The Binzer Sterne's competent team are happy to recommend local restaurants and book tickets for events including the Störtebeker Festspiele theatre festival. A free transfer to and from Binz's railway station is available upon advance request.

10% of the total amount is due 14 days after booking and is non-refundable. 90% of the total amount is due 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Children up to the age of 5 enjoy breakfast free of charge. Please consult the reservation policy section for breakfast fees applying to older children and adults. If you wish to book the Binzer Sterne's children's breakfast, please contact the hotel in advance. Bed sheets, towels and a bathroom mat are not included in the apartment price. A set of these can be arranged for a small surcharge. Please contact the hotel in advance if you are interested in this service. Contact details for the hotel are supplied in your confirmation email.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 1.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 45 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 22 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  90 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.60 city/tourist tax per person older than 18 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.50 per stay for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
