Food & Beverages

A comprehensive breakfast buffet awaits you from 07:00 until 11:30. It features certified organic produce, regional delights, various dairy products, as well as gluten-free and lactose-free options. The Ruiani restaurant treats you to light, contemporary cuisine featuring fresh produce from the island of Rügen. You can accompany your meal with a select range of German and international wines. In the evening, choose between a different 4-course menu or a gourmet buffet every day. Dinner is served from 18:00 until 22:00. In fine weather, lean back and relax on the restaurant's attractive terrace.

Please note that parts of the spa area will be closed between 22 and 25 November 2009, due to the cleaning of the swimming pool. However, the solarium, fitness studio and treatment rooms will still be available for use. As compensation, guests can use the wellness area of the Rugard Strandhotel for free, to which the hotel has organised a regular transfer service.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 11.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
