Our holiday apartments are comfortably and individually furnished. We offer both accommodation which is practical and cosy as well as exclusive apartments with a turn of the century feel, as if you have just arrived in Binz by steam engine in the fresh summer air.

Hotel details

Nearly every apartment provides a balcony with a lovely view of the Schmachter Lake. For those wishing to unwind and let go, why not reserve a hammock between the hundred year old beech trees in the hotel gardens?

Food & Beverages

We regret that we do not offer breakfast. Opposite our apartment house Sanssouci, you find a bakery with a range of breakfast foods and a breakfast room.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
