The holiday apartments Stralsund are run by the Altstadt Hotel zur Post in Stralsund. Key pick up, payment (cash or Maestro) and services of any kind are handled by the reception of the Hotel zur Post, located at Tribseerstraße 22 in 18439 Stralsund. City/tourist taxes have to be paid directly at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
