Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 28.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 1 year is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child under 10 years is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 10 to 15 years is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
