Please note that the hotel reception is open between 09:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday and closed on weekends. The hotel has key boxes for guests arriving after 17:00. All guests must contact the hotel in order to receive information about this. Please observe that arrivals after 17:00 will be considered as a no-show unless a prior agreement has been made directly with the hotel. If such an agreement has been made and the guest fails to arrive at the agreed time the hotel will consider the reservation as a no-show and charge the guest according to the cancellation policy. This hotel does not accept American Express cards as a method of payment.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs NOK 150.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

25 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged NOK 300.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 5 years are charged NOK 300.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
