All of the guestrooms at Extended Stay are furnished with fully-equipped kitchens, complete with full-size appliances and utensils. The rooms also feature separate living, dining and sleeping areas.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.50 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 5.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
