The location of the resort, just 3 miles from Walt Disney World, also places you within easy reach of Universal, Seaworld and many shopping and dining options.

Food & Beverages

Located on-site at the Sheraton is the Fountains Food Court, featuring a variety of dining options. Guests can enjoy KFC Express, A & W Express and Pizza Hut Express. There are also 6 additional restaurants located on-site. Try Zimmie's or Cascades Bar and Grill for casual, traditional American meals, or browse at the Market Place grocery store for light snacks, sandwiches and more.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 5.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
