Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
