Upon arrival at Airport, board the Hilton Shuttle bus departing every 20 minutes. Hilton Airport shuttle bus available to get to Airport Shopping Mall with many convenience stores. Punctual metro-rail system available to get to downtown departing from Balsberg Station every 30 minutes with a travel time of 10 minutes to Main Station.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs CHF 26.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
