AP RIJEKA – Island Krk, Omišalj – bridge Krčki most (a toll payment required) – via Rijeka - pass Kraljevica - take the new Kvarner motorroad above Bakar A7 (Sv.Kuzam) – direction Pula (HR), Ljubljana (SLO) or Trieste (I). The Opatija Riviera is located in the Gulf of Kvarner, on the eastern shore of the Istrian Peninsula, where the sea makes its deepest cut into the mainland.
