The apartment buildings do not have their own reception desk. All keys must be collected from Zeedijk 148. The property's reception is closed between 12.00 and 14.30. Guests who expect to arrive outside of the stated check-in times must contact the property directly as soon as possible. Contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  EUR 7.50 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
