Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 3.00 per child under 8 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years.  Breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 65 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
