Travel information

A total of 15 parking spaces are available to you at the hotel. You can also use Parkhaus Neuhard, which is only 1 minute walk away from the hotel. You can hand us the parking ticket and we do the rest. The main station is also only a minute walk away and the old part of the city can be reached via the old wooden bridge in only 5 minutes. Olten has a central location providing easy access to: Basel in 25 minutes, Zurich in 35 minutes and Bern and Luzern in 40 minutes each. The hotel is located nearby the A1 motorway.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
