The hotel is situated in the Blenio Valley, also known as the Sun Valley with over fourteen hours of sunshine every day. Our region offers over 300 km of walking paths, one of which leads to the highest mountain of Ticino, the Adula. For those looking for cultural activities, there is the famous Romanesque church of San Carlo di Negrentino and the spectacular Lottigna Museum, where one can see an exhibition of Europe's rarest arms.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged CHF 20.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
